The Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker is now available on Fillvisa Plus.
What's new
Attorneys and PERM specialists can now fill, manage, and generate I-140 petitions directly in Plus - alongside the rest of the PERM workflow (ETA-9089, ETA-9141, G-28).
Why Plus
I-140 is filed by an employer or their representative on behalf of a beneficiary, not self-filed - so it lives where the case management and firm-level tooling already are, rather than on Fillvisa Free.
