We're excited to announce that Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), is now available on Fillvisa Free and Fillvisa OS!

Form I-129F is used by U.S. citizens to petition for their foreign national fiancé(e) to enter the United States for marriage under the K-1 visa classification. It can also be used in certain circumstances to petition for a spouse under the K-3 visa classification.
