Fillvisa OS v.1.5.0

Fillvisa OS v1.5.0 unlocks all supported immigration forms for everyone, adds four new forms, and improves conditional validation in Form I-485.

All forms are now free

Every supported immigration form is now available on Fillvisa Free and Fillvisa OS, including employment-based forms previously exclusive to Fillvisa Plus.

New forms

• I-129 — Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker: Prepare employer petitions for temporary workers under classifications including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and others.
• I-130A — Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary: Provide additional biographical information for a spouse beneficiary of Form I-130.
• I-129F — Petition for Alien Fiancé(e): Prepare petitions for a foreign national fiancé(e) under the K-1 classification, or a spouse under the K-3 classification in applicable circumstances.
• I-912 — Request for Fee Waiver: Prepare fee waiver requests directly in your browser, with sections covering means-tested benefits, household income, and financial hardship.

Improved I-485 validation

Updated conditional validation throughout Form I-485 so questions that do not apply to you no longer block form completion or PDF download.

PDF output changes

Removed the hidden meta_formdata field from generated PDFs. This field previously embedded form data as JSON for a planned import feature. Generated PDFs no longer include this embedded data.
